Athletics Lose Close One To Red Sox

The Boston Red Sox narrowly defeated the Oakland Athletics yesterday at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum with the Red Sox coming out on top 5 to 3. Red Sox pitcher Josh Beckett (5.83 ERA) got the win, while Dallas Braden (3.56 ERA) took the loss for the Athletics.
